[Resolved] Micromax — Phone is still in service center | |||
I have submitted my smart phone A117 to Ameerper Micromax service center. It's more than one month that I have submitted my phone to them but still its not repaired. Job sheet ID is S[protected]. You can search with my mobile number [protected] in your records. Actually I have submitted my mobile on 13 Sep 2014 and they called me after a month that your mobile had been repaired but when I checked still that was not repaired. I didn't want to submit my mobile again but I hadn't any option. Now again When I call them, everytime they are saying that parts are not available and your mobile has sent to Bangalore. I got frustrated with all these if you are unable repair the mobile so directly refuse the customer to submit the phones. Phone has one year warranty period but if it remains in service center for more than two months then what is the use of mobile for me? I am facing so many problems from previous 2 months. If you can't repair the phone then please give me a new mobile headset. Kindly help me on the same Was this information helpful? | |||
