Micromax — Phone not replace

Dear Sir, I have purchase Micromax phone through snap deal of May 2015 after purchasing I face so many problem in phone like his cover color is automatic covert in yellow color bettry discharge after 10 to 15 minute and hanging problem finally my phone has been dead and I submit the phone service center but they had not agreed to replace my phone I say I have purchase before 2 month so please replace my phone but they have no respond Please find attached job card which I have submit the phone Best Regards, Raju Kumar
