Micromax — Phone not returned since from 2 and half months

Please help me to resolve my problem, as i had given my micromax phone to the service center on 13th October 2015 only for a minor problem. Since from now i have called than more than 50 times, also i had visited the service center 10 times but every time they replied very uncarefully & answered that your phone will be given within 7 days. Please help me what to do now for this in this case, if i have to file the complaint against micromax or i have to take some legal actions(FIR/Notice) regarding this. Please follow the trailing mail.
