[Resolved] Micromax — Poor customer care by micromax jammu | |||
Sir, i have given my mobile handset namely micromax q345 to customer care @ m/s sawhney communications, shop no 3, prem nagar, near gujjar nagar bridge, jammu. Tel : [protected], [protected] for repair which is under warranty job sheet n[protected] dt[protected]. According to company, they have given mobile for repairing at delhi and it will take 20 -25 days. I have requested them to provide me some standby set for time being. They said they will not provide me standby set, if it is very urgent i can buy new mobile set. I bring to your find notice following points 1. Mobile set was under warranty. 2 if it has some major defect they should provide some standby set to customer because nowdays we are mostly connected to world through mobile phones only. 3. Why i will buy new mobile set? Is it some policy of company to force and sell more mobile phones to customers indirectly by creating problems. If no, they should provide standy set 4. It is the responsibility of company to provide me service as i have paid my hard earned money to buy mobile set and it is under warranty period. 5.
