[Resolved] Micromax — Poor customer care services | |
Hi,
I bought a Micromax Canvas Knight A350 on July 9th.. It was working well for the next 2 months and suddenly it showed an issue of keeps on restarting...
First I took the phone to Nidus [protected]@ Pullepady Junction, Chittor Road Cochin.. They told they are not accepting mobile phone with warranty there...
Next day, on September 4th I submitted my phone @ M/S EXCLUSIVE CARE
USNAZ TOWER MG ROAD OPP. MEDICALTRUST HOSPITAL COCHIN[protected]. Contact Number - [protected].. Got the job sheet no. - S[protected]...
I did not heard back anything from there for some days... They told they will tell what the issue is within two days... But they did not call me...
When I tried calling them, they keep their phone as either busy or switched off.. After trying for at least 20 times a day, one day I got connected, then they told that their systems are not up so they cant say what is the status of my phone...They told they will call back after some time and didn't get any response...Again I kept on trying and they never took the phone...
After 2 weeks on September 21st, I got a call from them saying my phone came back, but showing network issues and they are sending it back and next time, you may get a replacement next time( about which they are also not seem sure)... After that I didn't get any updates...
