Micromax — Poor in customer service | |
I purchased Micromax A120 model on June 2nd 2014 in Bangalore with including insurance option. My screen glass got damaged in a week of time from the day of purchase and posted a complaint to repair this under insurance claim. Handed over my mobile to online service support on June 17th with the confirmation delivery date on 8th July but missed and later confirmed 18th July as delivery date but that is also missed. Later confirmed 30th July as delivery date but that is also missed and recently confirmed 9th July as delivery. I don't know how this going to be true.
I would like to request micromax that should confirm the delivery date based on the materials availability not just like that. Also the way support to the customers given by micromax is very poor..pls improve this.
