Micromax — poor response from the service centre

i gave my micromax phone to get repaired on[protected] to the M/S SRI Mobiles, Nagercoil authorised centre for Micromax .the c no is s[protected].The girl who was in charge received the mobile and she said she would inform me thru mobile when the set has been repaired .she is still to inform me.and when contacted she gives no proper answer.i regret that i ever bought micromax
