Hi am Shailesh Yadav From Gurgaon. I am so much facing problem from your side.
I have given my mobile to your service center on 26th Sep 2015 in sec 12 A.
They told me maximum 10 to 15 days you will get your handset.
According to them I called in your service center on 5th Oct 2015 and they told it will take more 20 to 25 days.
Then I contact to your customer care they arrange my call in iconnect they told me any how you will your mobile till 20th Oct 2015.
Then again in 15th October i called in service center they said again it will take 20 to 25 days.
Then i post complaint in www.consumercomplaint, in then on 20th oct 2015 i got call from your head office from number[protected] and talked the person Miss Monika she said, we are giving you new handset on replacement and with in a 5 to 6 working days you will get in means till 27th Oct you will get new handset.
I did recording all the audio of Monika whatever she committed to me .
Today on 27th oct 2015 again i called in service center they have no any idea regarding the same for replacement of my mobile.
Then again I got call from[protected] person name is Miss Deepa she said they are also no idea for replacement and said your get wait .
This is very fraud and cheap service from your side .
Micromax is fraud and Burglar company.
I have posted the same on facebook, twitter, and consumer compliant website .
And tomorrow i am going for legal case on micomax and the person monika who said they will give me new handset. I have all audio recording.
