Sir I have purchased Micromax canvas A1 (AQ4501)Feb 2015 last week worked good for 1month after that power button doest work display blinking .I gave my mobile to nearest micromax service center they gave me job sheet and said it takes 10days after that I went to get my phone they gave my phone without knowing problem they returned again they said 10days I went after 10 day then they said motherboard issue it takes 15 days and they gave new job sheet I went after 15 days they said again 10 days and I took the help the help of customer care he said on 15th of may you mobile will be given if now replaced with new phone now when I called on 20th the same customer care said again 25 days what the hell they were playing this is the cause then why do we buy phone to give it to you the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NOT ADVICE MY SURROUNDING PEOPLE NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT OF MICROMAX . My job sheet no S[protected] please help to solve my issue other wise I will file complaint in customer coart .
