Micromax — poor working of authorized service center

Dear sir I bought a new micromax elenza 2 on 15sep. 2014 . after 6months battery and touch problem start arising. Then I gave my phone to authorized Service center in indore(yeshwant plaza). Firstly, they told that they will give mobile after 5 days. But after 5days they told that mobile phone has gone Delhi so come after 1 month. Then I went yesterday for taking my phone, then they told come after 15 days. They are just delating and nothing else.
