Micromax — power switch complaint

I nidhun Joseph have purchased a micromax A290 (IMEI/ESN No:[protected]/[protected])phone on 29/11/2014. 2 months then, the power switch of the phone starts malfunctioning. Then i contacted the nearest micromax service centre at thodupuzha. After 25 days they returnd my phone claving that all the problems where solved.for the 2nd time for the same reason I gave my phone at the service centre on 11/4/2015. This time they said that the problem is in the mother board.and it has to be repaired again. I have been waiting for my phone to be repaired for these days. And iam fedup with this unnecessary delay and irresponsible behaviours of the centre officers. I request u to consider my petition and take necessary action.
