Micromax — Problem Having again & again

Sir/Mdm, I am the Press Reporter of Electronic Today, Rourkela, Sundargarh, Odisha. I purchase a new Micromax Mobile A121 on 06 dec 2014. after i use few months the mobile have problems. i give it to service center, rourkela in 25 feb 2015 with jobsheet no-E[protected]. they say this mobile is not repaire here, so we send to company service centre for 20-22 days. i recive the mobile on 17 march 2015. after few days i use the problem has been same. Then again i give the mobile to service center on 27 march 2015. They say the mobile has been again send to Company for 20-22 days. The jobsheet no-E[protected]. And they say We forward the mail to company for New one. When I talk to Micromax care they say it take time upto 30 days. I ask to you Why i wait for these days, i also wait for 20 days then after why i wait for 30 days bcz o[censored]r fault, why i face the problem. So i need a New one or exchange the mobile immediately.
