Micromax — Product defect in mobile set

Sir, very unfortunately I lodge complaint that after more than two and half months my complaint no E[protected] dtd 25/07/15, cell phone set Canvas A177 is not redressed. the cell phone was deposited to youy local centre at jamshedpur (Jharkhand) .Although I contacted to local and main customer care time and again but they only assured me but no action is taken so far.Aattitude of company is not positive and a wrong massage of the company is being conveyed. I want to change my cell phone or refund my money and listen problem of customers. Please do not breach trust of customers and do needful . thanx. My Contact No [protected], [protected]
