Micromax — Product send for repair but not returning back | |||||
It is my very worst experience in Micromax Mobile. On 5th Jun'15 I have purchased Micromax E311 with lots of hope that a good phone I have bring. But unfortunately it disappoint me as other user, today(15th Sep'15) I have deposit my mobile to Netsol associates (Micromax authorize Service Center- guwahati, Assam) vied Job card #[protected]. Problem found within 3 month as... 1. Display problem- showing patch at all corner. 2. Ear speaker volume very low. As per service center it will take around 20 days to get it repair, which also a embarrassing communication Micromax make. But after 20 days. They are not responding and not also bother to answer where my hand set is. Customer service center also not picking phone, after my first conversation... First they collect all the detials form customer and then they just block calls from that no. It's really a pathetic experiance with Micromax. Suggest all people not to purchase Micromax product...
