Micromax Q371 — Service center is not resolving my problem

My cellphone micromax q 371 has not been working properly since i have bought it. My phone leave its network every now and then and if somebody calls me they got voice response that my phone is switched off and i have to restart it in every 10-15 mins for smooth functiong of phone. I have complained it for six times in which 3 times they have took it and sent to delhi for better repair but every time they fails to repair it. Service center is not also cooperating. Customer care always mislead by giving baseless suggestions i bought my phone on 1st march 2015 but since from then my phone is with service center for 3-4 months. My complain no is e[protected], e[protected], e[protected], e[protected] ref no. Mmh[protected]. Now again they are asking me to give my phone to service center. I want micromax to replace this phone.
