[Resolved] Micromax — Really Pathetic Services by the Micromax Service Centres | |||
Dear Sir/Madam Myself Sarabjot Singh, would like to throw light on the Pathetic services given by the service centres of Micromax. I purchased a handset Micromax Doodle A111 on March 3rd 2014 but only after few days it started showing its poor quality, the handset started hanging and within 15minutes o[censored]se it starts to heat up. Now, on 23rd of july the set went dead and i went the service centre as it was under Warranty Period, without even knowing the default the centre head said that come after 15days. On the said date, when i went there they again asked me for further one week extention. Now after almost 25days period they are not knowing the default in the handset and told me to come after 5 days.Now after such poor services I don't want that set and want my money back. I request you to kindly consider the same and help me.
