The under warranty phone hangs all the time. The phone has been submitted to the service center 4th time. still no respite. Long queue of people waiting to fight for the same issue. But it seems redressal to any complaint is not being handled at all.
Out of last 8 months...the phone has been with the service centre for about 3 months.., , , , ,
