[Resolved] Micromax — Refund of Rs. 14000 against A240 model handset

In July after 4 attempts the service center agreed to accept my handset (to be repaired at company.
After one month i got a call and few msg that my handset is been ready. i had to visit 3 times to collect the same (reason: 1. Handset is arrived but not ready. 2. IMEI number is not registered. 3. on 30/8/14 they handed me the phone to check after sitting for almost an hour.)
The movement i switched on the phone it got hanged. The service center incharge took back the handset and said will call once the handset is ready, and a new job sheet was been provided.
With new job sheet i.e dated 30/8/14 its been more than 45 days and still no communication.
Therefore I request company to refund my complete amount of Rs. 14000/- as its been more than 2 months and company is not able to neither repair or communicate about delay or what so ever.
