Micromax — Refund of Wrong Dedcution not yet received

Not received the reversal of wrong deduction done from my A/C of Rs 5500/- on 7th Sep 2014. I was trying to Pay Rs 100/- towards generating NOC but all the 3 transactions had failed. Post which Rs 4, 000/-, Rs 1, 000/- and Rs 500/-were deducted from my A/C and the same is not yet reversed in my A/C.
