Dear Sir please note i have submitted handset to The mobile care (Delhi) B-36 guru nanak pura near v3s mall laxmi nagar service centre . My Jobsheet date is 31.03.15 N[protected] At the submission time commitment was given for 8-10days but its over 20 days as today is 20.04.15 but still today they are saying that it will take 10days for which they also dont have any surity . Request your interference as my work is suffering as i bought dual sim handset. Their is very poor response from customer care as they are now saying that it takes min 30days to resolve issue than why your service centre said 10 days. its a complete breach of customer trust & harrasment as i need to visit service centre to take follow up .
