[Resolved]  Micromax — Regarding Customer service provided by Micromax for my phone Canvas A110Q

I have purchased canvas A110Q which is under warranty. But after 1 month I stared facing different problems such as phone hanging problem, access utilization of RAM, even though I have not installed too many apps. I also faced problems regarding GUI such as forced close problems, black screen and then nothing happens. The only solution is to restart the phone. After facing all such problems after a month I got frustrated with the phone and decided to give it a service center. I gave my phone to M/S K.S. Mobile service center near old bus stand, Ghaziabad, U.P. on 13sep2014. They told me that this phone cannot be repaired by them so they sent my phone to the company and told me that it would take around 10-15days to get it back. Today it has been almost 2 months and i still didnt got my phone back. Everytime when I tried to enquire about my phone I always got the same reply that it would take 10-15 days. what rubbish is this? This is the first time I believed in Micromax and bought the phone but after facing such horrible service, I have decided not to buy any phone from micromax. I have also told all my friends the same. So, I just want to know whether you are capable of giving my phone back or not? I am highly frustrated from your service and I request you to kindly repair my phone quickly.
