Dear Sir / Mam, Name : Pravin Srivastava IMEI : [protected] My Handset has dead on 17 Oct 2015 . I have submitted handset in micromax care after 4 days he said you will get new handset on your home after this i got call on 27 October from micromax head office and he said you will get new handset within 7 to 9 days but still i did't get any handset and when i called in my micromax care, he said due to some technical reason you will get your docket number within 24 - 48 hours . My handset has dead two times in one and half month and this is very surprise thing and now about replacement of handset, micromax customer care team making fool . i think this is very bad experience with micromax, Thank you so much !
