I parish jain from jaipur inform to you that I was purchase a micromax mobile canvas colour 2 on date 15april2015 from satyam mobile jaipur but from second day I was facing lot of problem in this mobile like heating, both camera are not working and touch automatically work and applications are clese and speaker volume not clear so on date 28april2015 I was submit my mobile at sp-first mobile 540, indira tower-2nd near car parking mishra raja ji ka rasta, indira bazar jaipur, rajasthan, pincode-302001

jaipur at micromax service cente but till today a am not got my mobile and service executive toll to me that I will take 15 to 20 days that time I am also request to provide a temporary mobile. Set but they are not able to proide any mobile.
So sir this is my humble request that please provide my a satisfactory answer tO me as soon as possible because without mobile I am facing lot of problem.
