Micromax — regarding service problem

im sanjay, i brought new micromax bolt cell.after 4 month mobile has been hannged. i given for service in nearest micromax service station(MSN COMMUNICATION micromax check point jayanagar 6th block bangalore 560082).i given for service on 18th march 2015.till now they are not given back. please rectify my problem as soon as possible. billing detail imei/esn no:[protected]/[protected] item name:without acc.A068(blue) model code:SERMOBO410
