Micromax — Regarding service/repair of Micromax A121 B and malfunctioning of your service center at palampur

I want to say that, i got my mobile 2.2 A114 (purchased online) exchanged for A121. The A121 is showing the problem with outgoing audio. The IMEI/ESN No. are [protected]/[protected] Model No.SERMOB0461. The mobile is with the M/S Electronics Home, NEW Bus stand, Palampur from the date 23/06/2014 for servicing and repair under warranty period. I am continuously trying the mobile nos. of the center those are [protected], [protected] but they are not receiving it and no response is coming from their behalf. As i am always busy at work. I find it very inconvenient. This type of suffering is always taken as negative feedback to the Micromax.
