Micromax — regarding spare part problem

Hi I am Sagar. I have a micromax A110 mobile. My issue is regarding the service from you. Month back i gave an order for my mobile's broken camera glass. But still I haven't got any reply from your Shiva electronics service center. Their constant reply is we haven't received the spare part. Kindly look into the matter and get it done soon.
