[Resolved]  Micromax — Regarding the Servicing of asansol service centre

Dear Sir, I have purchased a mobile phone from M/s Baba Telecom Durgapur west Bengal But the phone is showing problem since after 3 months It is not getting On. I have given the same to asansol service centre but after 7 days they returned me the same without ant servicing they are also not behaving properly.I again given the same and told him to send it to Kolkata if they are not able to do this but I could not get good response.In my opinion I am not satisfied with this service centre.I have given on 30.6.2014 for 2nd time servicing but this time there is no guarantee that the fault will be repaired. So it my request that considering the prestige of your company please do something so that at least my phone will be repaired.Hope to get a response from your side.Thanks RegardsSubhas Chandra HaldarDurgapurWest Bengal
