Micromax — regarding the status of micromax canvas knight A350

i purchased a Micromax canvas knight A350 ( IMEI / ESN NO: [protected] / [protected] ) via Amazon. The order was placed on 6th November 2014 and i received the item on 10th November 2014.
The phone was in a good condition for the first 2-3 days. Then i could find over heating and continuous turn off.
The phone dint switch up on 26th November even after charging it
i contacted a Micromax service centre at Calicut and handed over the phone for the solution.
They reported that the phones motherboard is damaged and is short circuited. the spare board will arrive only after 15 days. Their feedback was not satisfactory. They couldnt recognise the problem even after a week.
The phone enjoys a warranty time of 12 months after the purchase.
i humbly request you to do the needful and settle my issue as far as possible.
i cant ask for a replacement via Amazon as their replacement period for electronics is within 7 days.
i feel pathetically bad for this miserable condition of my phone.
