My mobile Micromax canvas knight A350 which is under warranty has encountered with touch pad issue and I have submitted it in the service center on 11/Jun/15 and they have given me a Job sheet number: S[protected].
The service center has forwarded my handset to Micromax company for resolving the issue. After keeping my handset for more than 2 months with them they are returning me some other handset which is used by someone earlier.
I have checked the handset then and there itself and noticed that front camera and back camera is not working at all and they have changed the memory configuration from 25 GB to 10 GB, so I have rejected to take that handset.
Then the service center associates told me they are returning that handset to Company again and asking me to follow up with the company directly. There is no response from the customer care for my emails and phone calls.
I am bearing this mental torture from many days, and I cannot bear it any more.
I want a solution for this problem and hope this complaint will show a solution for the problem.
