Micromax — Regular delay to replace the headphones | |||
Sir, I have purchased a micromax mobile canvas knight A350 on 13 april 2014. My headphones were not working from dated 15 june 2014. I submit my headphones to micromax service centre sector 16 faridabad dated on 22 july 2014. He asked me to come after 7-10 days to receive a headphones.i will go on 4 august 2014 and they said me that your headphones are not yet available at the moment. When i asked why headphones are not available they dont give me any answer and said we have no idea how much time we have required to replace your headphones. Also They have not any sense to talk with a customer. They talk rudely. N time is money for me although its not for you but iits for me. Please take the action and replace my headphones within 2 days. Otherwise i will complaint in the consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
