i have given my july bought canvas elanza 2 a121 for repair on 13 th of april at manipal/udupi karnataka service centre(docket no s[protected]), i waz told it will be done in a next day if part is available or in a week if part has to be brought from banglore, i didnt recived any calls from service centre until on 25th april i went to find about it, every time i used to calll iwaz told that willl be informed about it, on that day i waz told it has to be send to banglore and it willl take maximum of 15 days for it to come back, again when it crossed 15 days i made a calll there, i waz informed that it is in delhi now and they cant say if it has been dispatched, finally yersterday i made a calll to complain, my mobile no[protected] is my complain no, i called again today to ask for replacement as my brother got in somewhere around jan when his same handset waz not able to be repaired in a moths time, he waz told by the service centre in ranchi, jharkhad that it will be solve within a month but they manged to give another handset ..brand new one after exactly a month, same thing i told to the customer care of micromax when i made the call today, i waz answered that therz no provision for replacement, and i waz asked to wait for another 10 working days to recieve information about it
now u please tell me is it fine for me to wait for almost 40 days just to get information about the phone??
how could u people expect some one to wait for more than month for this issue??
i have recieved several of calls from clickto complain.com and ashoka.com for registering my complain regarding it
