Micromax — repair/replacement of handset micromax w121 | |||
I HAVE PURCHASED NEW MICROMAX W 121 HANDSET ON 02 SEP 14 AND AFTER TWO WEEKS IT WAS HAVING THE PROBLEM THAT IT WAS NOT CHARGING. I HAVE DEPOSITED THE HANDSET TO YOUR SRVICE CENTRE AT JHUNJHUNU. THEY TOLD ME 10 DAYS. BUT STILL THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS MORE. THAN WHAT THE MEANING OF THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I THINK MICROMAX DOESN'T HAVE THE SERVICE QUALITY AND ITS HANDSET ARE NOT RELIABLE. PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST.
