With due respect i want to say that i bought a new cell phone in 16.7.2015 but the cell phone have technical problem it don't show the contact number but that time i was going to tour when i come back i want to service center ( m/S GOPAL telecom) in 24.7.2015.but no body listen to me. they called me three time then they update the software on phone (job sheet no-N[protected] but it useless.because technical problem no solve. then today the service center deposit my cell phone (job sheet number-N[protected]) and said that i will be return after one month.respected sir, i purchased new cell phone in only 17 days. i need the cell phone so, please DUE my cell phone. because the employees of your service center not listen to me and the speak abuse ward .

It was good to talk with you.I send the all relevent doucment to you, please advise me what will i do.. I purchased the new handset..i only used this set 15 days, then the phone have create software problem, I went to service center, so, they solve my handset software problem.few day again the phone again have create same problem, then they submitted my hand set, and returned next day.but they didn't solve the problem.again 4-8-2015. I submitted the handset and they said that the company will return the hand set after 17 days, but now till the company not response my compliant.I am very upset because i am not financially strong.please help me.
