Micromax — Replacement of display

I gave my mobile for service on 8/6/2015.still there is no response from service center .i went there to collect for three weeks to center they r telling that .still part is not get from company.how long it could take to replace a display under warranty.this situation exceeds this week.sure ill make legal action on company and service center. see mobile bought on march only.only 3 months i used power switch problem happen i have for service they changed my display.now display not working properly. for one and half month mobile s sleeping in service center. then what s purpose bought the mobile.i have all document for giving mobile.am consulting with my lawyer to take legal action.i[censored] people not solving this problem with in a week.then i ill file case.my details of jobsheet s" s[protected]".
