Response from Service center after 2 months: Device activation date is 6 months before the date of purchase and a computer generated job sheet ID cannot be generated. Also it is not covered under warranty.
Complaints and Allegations against Micromax company: Micromax is bluffing to escape giving me a replacement of my device. They have altered the device's IMEI number and caused physical damage. Also they are not ready to give me a replacement even though the product is covered under warranty terms and submitted within the warranty period.
