Micromax — REQUESTED FOR CHANGE OF HEADPHONE

Hi, Myself is Kiran kumar from hyderabad, Telangana State. I requested for replacement of headphones in secundrabad center, they said that they will call but not recieved any call from them. It is almost 40 days i requested and when i m calling them they are not responding to me. please help me to get a replacement of headphone. thanks and regards kiran kumar [protected]
