Dear Consumer Complaint Team,
My name is Rajesh and i have given my Micromax Elanza A121 phone for repairing in Micromax service center on 9-july-2015 but still i have not got my cell I have also got an email from there side that your device is ready and it can be collected as per your convenience but when i went there i got to know still my device is not ready since 9 July i have gone there 6 to 7 times but they did not help me, I talked with different people there and they have been just consoling or giving me wrong information me mainly there is a manager Islam he told me he will help me but whenever i call or massage him he does not reply, My job is based on my mobile because of that i buy that mobile phone but still i am unable to work because they are not helping me i asked them to provide me stand by mobile phone they gave me 2 mobile phones which was not working even properly they are playing with customer i have talked with there few people please check

I have lost so many things because of my cell phone so please help me i have waiting since last 29 days, I am in that situation where i will lost my job so please help me team I wish here i will get justice from consumer complaints platform asap !
