Dear Authorities,
I own ‘Micromax Canvas 4 (A210)’ mobile phone. From many days I am facing below problems
1. Automatically getting rebooted
2. Screen changes rapidly on making call from SIM 2
In seek of solution to this problem; I approached “Micromax Customer care located at Marathahalli, Banglore” on Saturday morning. They updated the s/w & while returning back my Handset, one o[censored]r Executive by name ‘CHAMUNDA’ asked for purchased bill to confirm d warranty period but since I dint carry bill I requested her to check from data base. Immediately she got angry n rudely she said me that until I get purchase bill, she ll not deliver the phone. I calmed my self n requested her to check from data base. Finally she checked n gave me my handset back. While leaving I asked mam, y u r so serious n talking like this to me? Replying to me rudely she said: “I am like this only n since I am nine years experienced I know how to handle a customer like n don’t teach me how to talk, just leave now bcoz I don’t have time to talk to u”. Being helpless, I came back n thought of never to visit again.
But Later when I checked my handset, the problem was not solved.
Again in Evening by 5pm I prepared my self n revisited their n spoke to another lady Executive n told my problem is not solved. Then without listening to my complete problem she immediately said that We cant help u with it. When I asked her y den she blamed me that morning u r d person who don’t pay Rs. 200 for S/W updating. When I said my Mobile is in warranty then she said don’t lie n i[censored] want to talk more den take token n wait..
So my Query is:
This is how Executive behaves?
If I can by Mobile for Rs. 20000, then cant I give 200 for s/w updation
