My name is Prabhakar thapa.I m Major in Indian Army serving in Imphal, Manipur.On 1 nov 2013 i purchased cavas turbo via your official site by doing full payment of Rs 19999/- via purchase no 31701...they promised date of dilevery to be 11 nov...the pakage was dispatched on 7 nov...since 11 nov i m running behind their head office and customer care, who are clueless about the pakage...their e-store gives me another ticket number 27497j2...no one knows where the pakage is...i think i have made a wrong decision by choosing micromax...i have no options left but to knock the door of consumer court...SHAME MICROMAX...
