I have purchased a Micromax A104 mobile (IMEI:[protected]) from My Phone shop (Goregaon W) on 17th Oct 2014 billed no 7044. My camera wasn't working, so I had visited D. R. Telecom (Borivali W) which is your official customer service center on 10th Feb 2015 jobsheet number W[protected]. They had kept my mobile for 20 days in the service center and then sent that to Company in first week of March. I had again visited your outlet on 16th March and got the phone, camera was working fine but there was a problem in touch screen. They told me that they will again send that phone to Company outlet and it will take 20 more days to rectify that problem. Now, you can Imagine my situation, since last 1 month I can not contact anybody because of your pathetic service. It has stressed me a lot and had created lot of problems. For these inconvenieces, I want the company to look into the matter and replaced my mobile as it is still under warranty. Let's hope you will understand the frastration of being micromax loyal consumer.
