Dear sir,
I am really disappointed & surprised that Micromax a Indian leading company service center making fool & cheating to your customers.
I have a Micromax Canvas A300 Gold Mobile which network is not coming properly some time come & come time signal lost ( A picture is attached). I was well known that its has RF cable connector problem. But when I went to Micromax service center (Venus Enterprises ) at Rohini, Sector-16 they estimate me Rs. 1700/- and said you get mobile next day. When I ask what is problem they could not have word what a problem on this because it has no problem (The jobsheet copy is attached).
On other day I went Micromax service center they return my mobile with a bill Rs. 1700/- When I ask what a problem they could not give answer but when I forcefully ask they speak its has back camera problem. Its is really a joking that how back camera has a problem & conflict network signal. My back camera was working good at that time when I present this at service center ( A bill copy is also attached). I know they did nothing, they make me fool & cheated me Rs. 1700/-
Now if Micromax is honest company, please refund my money asap.
I advise you please stop making fool to your customers because today most customers are well known about mobile hardware...
