Micromax — Service center inefficiency

To the concerned authorities, i am using micromax canvas a300. i am currently residing in Rourkela, odisha. the service provided by the authorized center here is ridiculous, i have been there almost 5 times now and no one seems to care about the customers, my issue is not resolved till date, the way they behave with customers is not at all satisfactory, always they try to delay things by postponing the dates. This kind of service is not expected from a reputed company like micromax which has risen so much in the recent years, the service center is just not upto the mark, kindly look into the matter and help me resolve my issue. whenever i visit the center, i am provided with a token and have to wait for nearly 2 to 3 hours.
