[Resolved] Micromax — Service Center is not reponding

Hi
I purchased a canvas Nitro last month and there is a manufacture defect in the battery. I visit to service center ( JABIL GLOBAL SERVICES MG ROAD GURGAON) AND THEY SAID BATTERY IS FAULTY AND NEED TO REPLACE. But from 29.11.2014 i'm getting response from them that the part yet to come pls ask after 2 days.
