Micromax Service Center — Micromax A177 - Phone under warrenty.headset jack not working and touch issue

Given the phone on 17th september. Got a message thrice requesting me to collect the phone telling that its repaired. I went thrice, all the three times they said issue is not resolved and everytime i go they ask me to comeback after 15 days. My device is under warranty I don think that the phone will be set right though its under warrenty. Its a new phone.Kindly Refund.
