Dear Sir My Name : R. Sridhar Mobile No : [protected] I have given my micromax canvas MT500 for service on 27th March 2015, because of charging problem. Mobile is in warranty. Till now i have not received the mobile. I have made a call many times, but they are telling tomorrow we will give, if i ask on that day they are saying next week we will give, there is a problem in ram also. They gave the one number to contact Service Manager Hari ([protected]), I called him and asked but there is no response from him also. He is also saying what the service center guy says.
