Micromax — Service Center Not Responding | |||
My name is Sanchit Sablok. I submitted my Micromax A92 for servicing on 5th June 2014. The phone is within warranty period and it was certified that all repairs will be within warranty and it will be done in 15-20 days. It is the 1st of July and my phone has not been returned. I purchase my mobile in july month model no-A114 canvas2.2, within 20 days only speaker stop working, then i given to service center in jaynagar bangalore, service center asked you can come after 1 week and collect
your cell, when i contact to service center after one wekk they another more week, after another more week i contact then once again i got same answer wait for another more week, then tell me accurate time how much it will take to repair, request no-R1407FKTR11165157, and contact no of the service center [protected]
