I am using Micromax Canvas A63 set. Recently I encountered certain problems while browsing, anroid system & other processors were getting stopped. I installed new software at Micromax Care according their advice. Now the previous problem has solved but the OPTION of “Front Camera” is not being screened and image quality of back camera is not good just like before installation of software. I was told from micromax care that my camera was damage. But before installation there was no other problem in my mobile camera. I visited a mobile repairing shop, where I was told that the problem was while installation of the new software for which the OPTION of Front Camera is not showing and may be different version installed.
