[Resolved] Micromax — service centre delaying the delivery of my canvas A114 | |||
Hi, I had a micromax canvas A114 bought in June 2014. It started turning off automatically after just 2 months o[censored]sage before completely going blank in September. I gave it to the service centre on 20th sep, 2014 with job sheet no.N[protected] and its been more than 42 days that I've not rcvd any intimation regarding my phone from them. I have called them twice but both times they asked me to call after 15 more days. This is sheer nonsense and worst customer service I have ever experienced. You as a company are befooling your customers and screwing your name in market. Complete waste of money and time... Was this information helpful? | |||
