[Resolved] Micromax — Service complent about delay for mobile handset | |||
Dear sir\ mam I bought new A300 mobile its in warranty period.(puchase date 26/10/2014) My mobile is dead . mobile is very must for me. Then I gave mobile to service center in mahavir electronics(mah) mulund.mumbai.(jobsheet no. W[protected]) on 01.12.2014 that person told me sir it will take two weeks . I will make many calls to service center but they told sir material is not received. Pls tell me what can I do . pls do something for me. My no is [protected] / [protected]. your service center give me commitment to return my mob within 10 days but till today I do not get my mobile. i trying to call your customer care no. but that no is also unavailable. i am asking for this issue in mahavir electonics mulund three times but every times they tell me to come after 10 days.
if i don't get my mob until 12 January 2015 i will complaint against your company in consumer court.
