Am govind from Coimbatore, Tamil nadu. i bought canvas a350 last December and i got some charging problem in my mobile so gave the mobile near by micro max service center on 15/7/15 and they dint response me . and they call me on 20/8/15 and asked for confirmation to send they mobile to company. they said me that the mobile will be delivered to me in 20-25 days but its already more than 80 days. they gave me the Bangalore office number, and i call them and informed my problem. the officer said me that the mobile will be delivered to me on or before 30/9/15 surly. but i dint even get an delay message or any information about the mobile.till now i have called and visited to the near by service center more than 10 times but i get a proper response from the service center...the worst experience am facing in your service center .. please help me to solve this problem..i need my mobile as soon as possible.
